1.To ensure there are no missing components or substandard materials, all products sold and manufactured by Feeltek are created by following the highest quality control standards. You can have full confidence in the safety of our products.
2.If you have encountered problems while using the Feeltek product under normal operating conditions (as described in the instruction manual), please log in to your account > leave a comment on the information page and attach a photograph, or send an email to support@feeltekgroup.com to contact customer service. Please describe the problem in detail and follow the instructions given by our customer service representative when returning your product to us.
3.To protect your rights as a consumer, please keep your proof of purchase and receipt. Please use the original packaging while returning your product to us, along with the warranty card. If your proof of purchase/receipt is lost or illegible, we will not be able to fulfill any of our warranty obligations.
4.Feeltek will not cover any shipping costs, insurance fees, import charges, or taxes for returning/exchanging a damaged product. When a product is returned for testing, and the test results show that the problem is caused by a pre-existing defect or using substandard material, Feeltek will do its best to repair the device or replace the unit with an identical product.
5.Feeltek's limited warranty period does not cover any accidents, abuse, and misuse outside the normal operating procedures described in the instruction manual, nor damages caused by improper product installation and use. In addition, any light surface damages caused by external forces or product use are also not covered.
6.The product warranty does not guarantee any direct/indirect accidental or derivative damage. In addition to the statutory rights described herein, you may have other consumer-related rights if the product was purchased in a different country. If you require warranty service while traveling or living in a different country, please provide the receipt or proof of purchased from the country where you purchased the product. By going through an agent or distributor, you are entitled to a limited service warranty period.
7.The Feeltek brand has not provided any type of guaranteed items, including but not limited to an implied warranty or marketability conditions, as well as the applicability of specific provisions. This warranty repair statement and standard will be used as the basis for the performance of our responsibilities and obligations, it will offer absolute protection of the consumer's individual rights.
8.The product warranty is only valid for products purchased or used by the original buyer. It is no longer valid for products which have been transferred or resold to another user.
