The warranty certifies that the warranty covers any manufacturing defects and defects arising from normal usage within 12 months warranty period. If the product, FeelTag Smart Tracker BTN01, fails within 12 months from the date of sale, the product warranty service will cover it. (human factors excluded)

This warranty does not cover product found to be defective after the warranty period has expired or damage resulting from any unauthorized repair, modification, or disassembly. Please retain this warranty card. If any warranty service

1. Press down on the polished cover of your FeelTag and rotate clockwise to open and remove the cover and battery

2. Insert a new CR2032 lithium 3V coin battery (available at most electronic and drug stores) with the positive side facing up

3. Line up with the cover keys with right size holes and rotate counterclockwise to close the FeelTag

Children are not allowed to use the device without adult supervision.
